THE NAUTICAM NA-S5II UNDERWATER HOUSING
The NA-S5II/X underwater housing is designed to work seamlessly with the Panasonic Lumix S5II and S5X, allowing full access to all camera controls, including AF-ON. Nauticam is known for innovation and protecting customer investments, and the NA-S5II is no exception. The housing features a rotary lock, making it easy to open and close with one hand.

Mission Control
The Nauticam NA-S5II housing is designed with ergonomics and user accessibility in mind. Essential controls are placed within easy reach, allowing the photographer to focus on composition and timing their shot while making adjustments. The housing features a thumb lever on the right rear side for accessing AF-On without letting go of the handle, as well as a lever for focus mode switching and a multi-directional pad for navigating menus and focus points.

EF and L Lens Support
The NA-S5II housing by Nauticam is designed to allow the use of Canon and Sigma EF-mount lenses with the S5II/X camera via Sigma's MC-21 EF to L adapter. The housing is compatible with existing focus and zoom gears for Canon EF-mount lenses for the N120 Canon System, as well as the existing Canon N120 extension ring and port combinations for those lenses. As more native L-mount lenses become available, those best suited for underwater use will be added to the system.

Flash Triggering
The NA-S5II is compatible with the Mini Flash Trigger (26305) which uses small LEDs to trigger external flashes via Nauticam Universal Fiber Optic Cables (26216) for manual flash triggering. However, the Panasonic DMW-FL70 flash is not supported within the housing.

Vacuum Check and Leak Detection System
The NA-S5II housing comes with the Nauticam vacuum check and leak detection electronics as standard equipment. An optional accessory M14 vacuum valve (25624) can be added to the system to provide constant updates on the water tight and safe-to-dive status of the housing. The system features a color-coded LED lighting system to indicate if the vacuum is tight or if the housing is losing vacuum, and it also has a built-in leak detection circuit to notify the user of any water intrusion with an audible and visual alarm. The Nauticam system is temperature compensated to eliminate false alarms caused by changes in outside temperature or camera heat inside the housing.
